Stephanie is a Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (Registration #829548). With a degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work, Stephanie understands the connection between the human mind and behaviours, and complex aspects of social development with potential explanations for thoughts and behaviours rooted in our social environments.
Specializing in mental health and health, Stephanie brings five years of clinical experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents and children who are challenged by anxiety, depression, stress, interpersonal difficulties and much more. Stephanie’s career has enabled her to gain invaluable experience in community mental health settings, the healthcare sector and private practice.
Stephanie’s therapeutic approach is person-centred and trauma informed. It is her goal to provide a safe space free of judgement or bias for clients to feel comfortable sharing parts of their life story with her. Stephanie will conduct therapy sessions with kindness and compassion, drawing on Evidence Based Therapeutic techniques including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and mindfulness skills. Meghan Bird MSW, RSW MSW, RSW
Meghan a Registered Social Work (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (License # 855116).
Meghan received a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Arts and Science (B.A.Sc.) from McMaster University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Toronto. She has completed further training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for Trauma. Meghan has also completed her training as a Sex Therapist from Wilfred Laurier University this month!
Meghan is passionate about working with survivors of sexual violence and trauma as well as with teenagers and young adults, particularly those struggling with disordered eating behaviours. Meghan also specializes in addressing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotion regulation challenges, and relationship difficulties.

Allyn is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (License #: 831217) and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (License #: 15799).
Allyn received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Psychology and Political Science from Dalhousie University. Allyn then continued pursuing her passion for mental health, receiving a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, where she specialized in Mental Health and Health.

Angelica holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University and currently works as a Research Coordinator at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre under Dr. Neil Rector. Her work focuses on clinical research in obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, social anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She has hands-on experience conducting clinical interviews, administering standardized assessments, and collaborating on studies that translate the latest research into evidence-based treatments. This experience has given her a deep understanding of how mental health conditions develop, how they impact daily life, and how therapy can be tailored to support meaningful change.
In her role, Angelica bridges the gap between research and real-world practice, helping clients feel supported from their very first contact. I am currently completing an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Physiology at the University of Toronto with High Distinction, alongside research focused on trauma, learning, and youth mental health. Through this work, one truth has become clear to me: when people feel seen, supported, and understood, healing becomes possible.
