Stephanie is a Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (Registration #829548). With a degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work, Stephanie understands the connection between the human mind and behaviours, and complex aspects of social development with potential explanations for thoughts and behaviours rooted in our social environments.

Specializing in mental health and health, Stephanie brings five years of clinical experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents and children who are challenged by anxiety, depression, stress, interpersonal difficulties and much more. Stephanie’s career has enabled her to gain invaluable experience in community mental health settings, the healthcare sector and private practice.

Stephanie’s therapeutic approach is person-centred and trauma informed. It is her goal to provide a safe space free of judgement or bias for clients to feel comfortable sharing parts of their life story with her. Stephanie will conduct therapy sessions with kindness and compassion, drawing on Evidence Based Therapeutic techniques including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and mindfulness skills. Meghan a Registered Social Work (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (License # 855116).

Meghan received a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Arts and Science (B.A.Sc.) from McMaster University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Toronto. She has completed further training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for Trauma. Meghan has also completed her training as a Sex Therapist from Wilfred Laurier University this month!

Meghan is passionate about working with survivors of sexual violence and trauma as well as with teenagers and young adults, particularly those struggling with disordered eating behaviours. Meghan also specializes in addressing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotion regulation challenges, and relationship difficulties. 

As a person with lived experience, Meghan is deeply committed to supporting members of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.

Allyn is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (License #: 831217) and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (License #: 15799).

Allyn received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Psychology and Political Science from Dalhousie University. Allyn then continued pursuing her passion for mental health, receiving a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, where she specialized in Mental Health and Health.

Allyn utilizes a client-centred, trauma-informed approach and has training in evidence-based therapeutic techniques including, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Kseniya is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist through the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Kseniya specializes in providing compassionate support to folks grappling with various forms of trauma, as well anxiety, depression, or just life’s complexities!

In her practice, Kseniya collaborates with clients in their therapeutic journey and fosters a safe and comfortable environment where vulnerabilities are embraced, and growth is nurtured. Kseniya’s mission is to empower clients to unveil the underlying threads of thoughts, emotions and behaviors, weaving together psychoeducation and evidence-based practices that will illuminate the pathway towards healing and resilience.
